Sambal Sedap is the mother of all sambal base.
It can be eaten on its own. If you want to make it even interesting, you may add in lime juice to make sambal for ikan bakar (grilled fish).
Sambal Sedap can also be used when frying stuffed fish (ikan cencaru sumbat). It is also delicious to stir fry with squid or any other seafood, chicken or vegetables. Just use your creativity to create even more dishes that meet your appetite.
